This is a 100% remote, Finance Director opportunity. If you are a finance expert who loves working at the transaction level, this role is for you. This Job is ideal for you if you like using and improving systems, being hands on, coaching your team to make their work even better. It doesn’t worry you that you need build a finance organisation that takes advantage of a remote-first, 24/7 capability to create transformational changes.
What you will be doing:
- Determining the most critical changes to improve the fully remote, 24/7 Finance organization.
- Getting hands on to deeply understand your team’s work and providing feedback to make your team’s work even better,
- Using your insights to determine the most significant changes in the finance operations to provide true business value.
- Provide support and coaching to a 20-personteam dedicated to a specific function within our Finance organisation
- Design and redesign the work your team produces to optimize remote, 24/7 Finance operation fully
- Generate insights and make decisions to achieve goals of having the books closable at the click of a button
What is required
- Batchelors/ Masters in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Qualified as a CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFAor MBA
- Experience in a senior finance or accounting role in a multinational organisation
- Worked on at least 5 audits as a client or auditor with a Big 4 Accounting firm
- Led 2+ major ERP system migration projects
- Great working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
- The ability to work 100% remotely from your own home office.
